Exchange And Refund Policy

Any product bought from Manahil’s online store could only be exchanged from online store alone. Exchange and Refund policy lasts up to 15 days, after that no exchange or refund would be possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

For any exchange or refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Manahilarts@gmail.com and send your item to following address: 5 Ayubi Complex, Lahore Block, Azam Cloth Market Lahore, Pakistan.

For exchange of a non-faulty item, the customer will bear the return shipping cost along with the exchange charges guided by the team accordingly. Credit voucher or your desired exchange item will only be provided once the team has received your returned items.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Order Cancellation : You may cancel your order by emailing us at Manahilarts@gmail.com before the order has been processed

* Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

* Custom orders can only be cancelled within twenty four hours of order placement.

* Manahil’s has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.
